ADMISSIONS & ENROLLMENT
At The Gentry School, we believe education transforms lives. That’s why we invite you to review the information below and start the admissions process with us today. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.
1. Schedule An Appointment
Make an appointment for an interview consultation. The interview consultation consists of a get-to-know-you forum, a comprehensive review of student's academic records, a curriculum consultation, and a review of Gentry School policies. No participants in an interview are required, bound, or held to enrolling in The Gentry School. There is a $35 fee for an interview consultation. This fee is credited to the $150 New Student Registration Fee upon acceptance.
2. Enrollment Forms
Fill out and submit all enrollment forms. Registration and enrollment forms include the following: The Gentry School Student Enrollment Form, Notice of Intent to Homeschool, Family Financial Agreement, Records Transfer Request, Emergency Contact Form, Medication Permission Form, and a copy of Social Security Card for high school students.
3. Cumulative Files
Cumulative Files from other schools will be requested by The Gentry School. These should include all Medical Records, Academic Records (Report Cards and Transcripts), Disciplinary Records, and Standardized/Achievement Testing Results. Although we will request the records from the previous school, placement may be expedited if you have:
Most recent report card
Unofficial transcripts or grades
Most recent test scores (mandatory prior to registration for Honors or Dual Enrollment classes)
4. Proof of Immunization
